Corrine Bradford, 93 of Normal passed away at 6:30 AM Tuesday May 9, 2017 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center in Normal. There will be a funeral service for Corrine on Saturday May 13, 2017 at 2 PM at College Avenue Baptist Church. Dr. Clark Killingsworth will officiate. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Park Hill Cemetery in Bloomington. Beck Memorial Home in Bloomington is handling arrangements.

Corrine was born August 22, 1923 in Bloomington to Harry Alvie and Pearl May Probus Williams. She married Robert William Bradford on February 15, 1940 in Bloomington. He preceded her in death on April 6, 2013. She was also preceded in death by one son Daniel, three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by three children, Jim (Sheri) Bradford of Bloomington, George (Ina) Bradford of Normal, and Tim (Sandy) Bradford of Bloomington as well as twelve grandchildren, five step grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great grandchildren and a sister in law. Corrine achieved her degree as a nurse and worked over twenty years for Brokaw Hospital in surgery. She was an active member of College Avenue Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school. She was a talented artist and enjoyed oil painting. She also loved bowling, gardening, flowers and was a huge animal lover. Memorial contributions may be made to the Colfax Animal Shelter or to College Avenue Baptist Church.
